If the pin code is no longer visible on the gift card, we would like to ask you to send us an e-mail at: support@giftcards.co.uk. We cannot help you by phone. Please mention the following points in your e-mail:
- Card number (preferably without spaces)
- A photo of the back of the gift card, showing that the PIN/ security code is damaged.
We will trace the PIN/ security code and send it to you within 1-2 working days.
